But this central street of Sanremo does not fail to meet the needs of those who love culture; inviting us to visit the archaelogical museum of Palazzo Borea d'Olmo, a baroque building from the 16th century. In just a few steps are the alleyways passing through medieval doors opening onto the ancient quarter of Pigna, the second most important historical centre of Liguria. Palais la Nasse is located in the immediate vicinity of the town's main tourist attractions; like the Casino, Palafiori, but above all just a short stroll from our marvellous sea with its wide beaches and unnumberable possabilities for sport: fishing, diving, rowing, sailing and surfing. We are also near to both the train and bus stations and also close to Europe's longest cycle path which, starting from Sanremo, runs for 24 kilometers through the coastal park of the Ponente Ligure, alongside the sea, among Mediterranean vegetation and the gardens of the Riviera. Sanremo, famous for its flowers and its all year round mild climate, is the ideal place for outdoor sports during winter with its two golf courses (one 18 holes and the other 9), with its riding stables and in the Solaro Sporting Club equipped with 10 tennis courts.
